ALMA

It was released for the first time in 2021. “Alma” means “soul” in Spanish and is a blend of Agiorgitiko and Syrah varieties from vineyards of an altitude of up to 500 meters.

Vinification:

Skin-contact at low temperature, longtime pressing and controlled fermentation of the juice in inox tanks help to fully exploit the potential of the grapes of the two varieties. The fermented wine matures in inox and oak tanks with the fine lees for 6 months.

The intensely fruity aftertaste lasts long.
